Bike Rental Policies


Rental Day Rate

Our bike rentals are based on calendar days, not 24-hour periods.

  • 1-Day Rental: Pick up and return the bike on the same business day, no later than 5:00 PM.

  • 2-Day Rental: Your rental covers two business days. Return the bike by 5:00 PM on the second business day.

    • Example: If you pick up your bike on Monday, it is due back by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, regardless of what time you picked it up on Monday.

  • Multi-Day Rental: Return the bike by 5:00 PM on the final day of your reservation.

1-Day Rental Example: If you reserve a 1-day rental and pick up your bike at 2:00 PM, the bike is still due back by 5:00 PM that same day. Rental time does not extend 24 hours from pickup.


Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations are held specifically for you and the dates you select. Please review your reservation dates carefully before completing your booking.

Our cancellation policy is:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup: 100% refund.

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled pickup: 50% refund.

  • No-show reservations: No refund.

For purposes of this policy, the 48-hour period is measured from the scheduled pickup date and time shown on your reservation.

If you need to change your reservation rather than cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Reservation changes are subject to bike availability and may be treated as a cancellation if we are unable to accommodate the requested change.


Rider Waivers

A Rider Waiver must be completed and signed in-house before bike pickup.

Each person who will be riding a rental bike must complete and sign their own Rider Waiver before receiving a bike. This applies to every rider, including anyone who may be riding as part of the same reservation.

Please plan to allow enough time to complete the required waivers before your scheduled pickup.


Damage Protection Exclusions

Optional Damage Protection does not cover:

  • Theft or loss of the rental bike

  • Missing equipment or accessories

  • Damage resulting from misuse or negligence

  • Damage resulting from stunts or racing

  • Damage caused by riding outside the bike's intended use

  • Damage resulting from any use beyond normal riding while the bike is in your possession


Late Returns

Rental bikes must be returned before 5:00 PM on the final day of your reservation.

Late returns will incur:

  • The applicable rental charge for each additional day the bike is kept, plus

  • A late-return penalty equal to one additional day's rental rate.

If you know you will need the bike longer, please contact us before your scheduled return time so we can check availability and extend your rental when possible.
