rental information
-
Our rentals are based on a day rate, not a 24-hour clock.
1-Day Rental: Pick up and return the bike the same day.
2-Day Rental: Return the bike by close of business on Day 2.
Returning early doesn’t reduce the price, and returning after hours may result in late fees
-
Every rental comes with:
Helmet
Pedals (your choice of SPD or flats)
-
All bikes must be returned by the end of business on the final rental day. Late returns will be charged:
The additional rental day(s) plus
A late fee equal to one day of rental
-
Add extras during online booking under “Extras”:
Bike Lock – $10/day
Flat Repair Kit – $10/day
Tailgate Pad – $15/day
-
We strongly recommend adding Damage Protection. Even experienced riders can hit a rock wrong or catch a derailleur. It covers common wear-and-tear mishaps like:
Tires
Wheels
Derailleurs
Grips and saddles
Dropper posts
Damage Protection applies to one bike per plan and can be added during checkout or in-store before you roll out. It does not cover theft.
Coverage Options:
Basic – $25: Up to $250 in repairs
Premium – $50: Up to $500 in repairs
Platinum – $75: Up to $750 in repairs
Any damage beyond the coverage limit—or any damage without a plan—will be billed at return.
-
Plans change—we get it.

Trail Conditions
We encourage riders to avoid soft trails after heavy rain to protect the trail surface. Some areas may close temporarily, but Northwest Arkansas has many trail systems that dry quickly—like Hobbs State Park and the Back 40.
